At XX FORTUNE, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Sales are not final only in cases where an item is misprinted, damaged, or defective.

To be eligible for review:

  • Claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

  • Proof of the issue (such as photos) may be required.

Claims submitted outside of the 15-day window will not be eligible for review.

REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCESS

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by XX FORTUNE.

If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we will cover the cost of the resolution. Resolutions may include, at our sole discretion:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Refund to the original payment method 

  • Store credit

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All other sales are final.

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

ORDER CORRECTIONS

Customers have 24 hours from placing an order to request corrections to shipping addresses or order details. Requests must be submitted to:

Orders are typically sent into production after the initial 24-hour period. For this reason, once 24 hours have passed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
